1. Purpose & Scope
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data in connection with the services provided via the Hirvium platform.
This DPA applies where and to the extent that Hirvium processes Personal Data that is subject to data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy regulations) on behalf of our customers (acting as the Data Controller) in the course of providing our services.
2. Ownership & Billing
Hirvium is owned, commercialized, and operated by Space Made Code LLC.
Under this DPA, Space Made Code LLC acts as the Data Processor (or Sub-processor where applicable) and is responsible for managing billing, server infrastructures, intellectual property rights, and overall platform data security policies.
3. Processing of Data
We will process personal data only in accordance with your documented instructions and for the sole purpose of delivering the candidate evaluation and assessment services.
The categories of personal data processed typically include candidate names, emails, assessment logs, grades, and IP addresses.
4. Technical & Security Measures
Space Made Code LLC implements and maintains industry-standard technical and organizational security measures designed to protect customer personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
Our employees, contractors, and subprocessors are bound by strict confidentiality obligations regarding all data processed through the platform.
5. Subprocessors
You authorize us to engage third-party subprocessors to perform specific processing activities on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and bot protection).
We currently engage the following subprocessors:
- Resend: For email delivery.
- Cloudflare: For DNS routing, caching, Turnstile spam prevention, and Web Application Firewall.
6. Governing Law
This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
